Before you make a change.

A few details worth keeping close.

  1. Check your renewal date

Your billing provider shows the next payment date and current subscription status.

  2. Review your credit balance

Creator may carry up to 75 unused subscription credits into the next paid billing period; Studio may carry up to 300. Carried credits expire at the end of that next billing period. Credits above the cap expire at renewal. Use credits with the earliest expiration first. Subscription credits, including rollover, expire when paid access ends after cancellation. On a plan change, existing expiration dates remain; the new plan’s cap applies at the next renewal. Purchased credit packs and welcome credits are separate from these caps.

  3. Keep the confirmation

After changing or canceling, save the confirmation and verify the status with your provider.

What happens when I cancel?

Under the draft policy, cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues to the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase and billing provider. See the Refund Policy for digital purchases and physical-product issues.

Does canceling delete my artwork?

Canceling a plan does not itself request account deletion. Download any artwork you want to keep and review account-retention information in the Privacy Policy.
