Do welcome credits renew?
No. Starter provides 25 welcome credits once per eligible new account. They do not renew daily or monthly and do not expire while your account is active. Creator includes 75 monthly credits; Studio includes 150.
What happens if generation fails?
A generation that fails to produce a result should not consume a credit. If your balance looks wrong, contact support with the time of the attempt and your account email.
