How credits work
One successful standard artwork generation uses one credit. A different credit cost, if introduced, must be shown before confirmation. Credits are a service allowance rather than cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Physical products are purchased separately.
Starter: one-time welcome credits
Starter is free and includes 25 one-time welcome credits. This is a one-time grant per eligible new account and does not renew daily or monthly. Welcome credits do not expire while your account remains active. You do not need a paid plan to get started, and you can upgrade whenever you want more.

Monthly credits are provided with each paid billing period. Creator may carry up to 75 unused subscription credits into the next paid billing period; Studio may carry up to 300. Carried credits expire at the end of that next billing period. Credits above the cap expire at renewal. Use credits with the earliest expiration first. Subscription credits, including rollover, expire when paid access ends after cancellation. On a plan change, existing expiration dates remain; the new plan’s cap applies at the next renewal. Purchased credit packs and welcome credits are separate from these caps. Physical products and shipping are purchased separately. Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew automatically through the billing provider until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and allows access through the current paid period. Provider terms govern timing of upgrades and downgrades. See Manage Subscription.
Failed attempts and balance issues
A generation that fails to deliver a result should not consume a credit. Report unexpected deductions within seven days with your account email and the time of the attempt. A completed result is not automatically refundable solely because its artistic look differs from your preference.

Credit packs are single purchases, never auto-renew, and do not require a subscription. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active and remain available after canceling a subscription. Packs add credits only; they do not unlock paid-plan styles, quality, storage, or product discounts. Member pack prices apply only while that membership is active at purchase. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
