How do I create artwork?
Open the ArtifyMe app, choose a clear photo, select a style, adjust the effect, and generate your creation. Visit How It Works for inspiration.
What do I get for free?
Starter includes 25 one-time welcome credits, with basic art styles, standard image quality, and standard processing. See Free Credits for eligibility and usage details.
What are the paid plans?
Creator includes 75 monthly credits for $9.99 USD and 10% off prints, frames, canvas and gifts. Studio includes 150 monthly credits for $19.99 USD and 20% off those products. Review Pricing & Plans and the renewal terms before purchasing.
What happens to unused monthly credits?
Creator may carry up to 75 unused subscription credits into the next paid billing period; Studio may carry up to 300. Carried credits expire at the end of that next billing period. Credits above the cap expire at renewal. Use credits with the earliest expiration first. Subscription credits, including rollover, expire when paid access ends after cancellation. On a plan change, existing expiration dates remain; the new plan’s cap applies at the next renewal. Purchased credit packs and welcome credits are separate from these caps.
Why does my result look different from my photo?
Artistic transformations can change details and proportions. Try a different style or intensity, and check the result before ordering a print.
Can I print or give my artwork as a gift?
Yes, explore Products for ideas. Final availability, sizes, prices, shipping, and taxes are shown during ordering.
How long does delivery take?
The draft estimate is 3–5 business days for production plus 5–8 business days for standard delivery within the contiguous United States. See Shipping & Returns.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact support within 30 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging until the issue is reviewed.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Use the provider where you purchased the subscription. See Manage Subscription for web app billing guidance. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
Can I sign in or generate artwork on this website?
This website provides inspiration and information. Account sign-in and artwork generation take place in the app.
How do I request deletion of my photos or account?
Contact support from your account email. The draft retention and deletion process is explained in the Privacy Policy.
